Terms of use.
Short and plain. These cover this website, the browser game, and Pavilion Poster, the tool Pavilion uses to post to its own social accounts.
This website
Everything on pavilioncc.com is free to read. The words, pictures and the Pavilion mark belong to Pavilion; please ask before reusing them. Pavilion is a fan-made game and is not linked to any cricket team, board or competition.
The game
The browser game at pavilioncc.com/play is free. Play fairly: boards and clubhouses can be cleared of results or nicknames that cheat, impersonate a real club or person, or are rude. Match-night targets come from real matches; Pavilion is not connected to those matches or the teams in them.
On Roblox, the Roblox Terms of Use apply whenever you play.
Pavilion Poster
Pavilion Poster publishes Pavilion's own videos and pictures to Pavilion's own YouTube, Instagram and Facebook accounts. It is used only by Pavilion's owner.
Pavilion Poster uses YouTube API Services. By using Pavilion Poster, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, and Pavilion's by the Pavilion privacy page.
Every upload is chosen and approved by the account owner in advance, including its title, description and whether it is public, unlisted or private. The tool never changes a video's visibility on its own.
Access can be removed at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
